Real-Life Example
Imagine that you started two new trip packages: “Two-Hour Walking Tour of Manhattan” and “Mont Saint Michel Day Trip.” Both had their own unique selling points, but you didn’t know which one customers liked better. Let me share a real-life operational example to illustrate the impact of this feature on your business
Feedback from adventures: With the Traveler theme on your website, clients who had been on either tour started making comments about what they thought. Soon, the “Two Hour Walking Tour of Manhattan” became the clear choice, getting positive reviews and 5-star ratings. On the other hand, “Mont Saint Michel Day Trip” got a lower overall rate and mixed reviews.
Adapt to the feedback: Seeing this valuable feedback, I began to work. I read more reviews for the “Mont Saint Michel Day Trip” and found that many people thought the tour was boring and focused too much on plants and animals. I decided to change the route by adding storytelling and interactive activities.
Get positive feedback: “Mont Saint Michel Day Trip” got a lot more good reviews and a better overall rate in just a few weeks. The user reviews and rating part of the Traveler theme helped me figure out where I needed to make changes, which led to happier customers and more bookings.
