First, you should synchronize the availability data. Go to Theme Settings -> Sync Availability to do it.
Check to see if that hotel has rooms or not
If you are using WPML, please check that whether the hotel rooms are translated into another language, change the room number, price or not.
Before turning off WPML, you need to go to the menu WPML > Support > troubleshooting > Reset and Deactivate WPML
