I’m trying to update the WPBakery Page Builder, but I receive this error message “To receive automatic updates license activation is required. Please visit Settings to activate your WPBakery Page Builder.“
If I try to activate WPBakery Page Builder I get the message “It seems that you do not have any valid license for WPBakery Page Builder.” What does it mean? It may be so that you got WPBakery Page Builder by purchasing WordPress theme which does not grant you with direct license for WPBakery Page Builder.“
What do I have to do?
When you purchase the Traveler theme, you will also receive the WPBakery Page Builder plugin as a free bonus. It is not necessary to have a purchase code to update the WPBakery Page Builder plugin that comes with the Traveler theme because the Traveler theme team always ensures that they include the latest version of the plugin in their theme updates.
If you want to update the WPBakery Page Builder plugin, you should go to Plugins and find the WPBakery Page Builder plugin and deactivate it first. After that, click on Update Require. Once done, click Activate again
