Before installing the Traveler theme’s demo on your website, you need to make sure that your website meets all the requirements that are necessary for the theme to function properly.
These requirements include things like the PHP configuration limit, Excursion time, and Memory. If your website does not meet these requirements, the theme will not be able to install properly.

If you have checked and made sure that your website meets all the requirements but are still unable to install the theme, you can contact the Traveler support team and provide them with access to your FTP and Cpanel account. This will allow them to check your website and assist you in resolving any issues that may be preventing the theme from installing.
